A letter from the Principal

As the principal of SFA, it is my pleasure to extend the warmest of welcomes to you all!  Our hallways and classrooms are filled with true “Falcon Spirit” and students are already modeling what leadership looks like.  Last week we held our annual Welcome Back BBQ and had the largest turn out thus far. Thank-you for taking the time in the hustle and bustle of September to visit with us.

We are excited to announce that we have three new staff members that are eager to support your children in their educational journey.   Our enthusiastic staff is focused on engaging students and providing meaningful opportunities to explore faith, independence, leadership, creativity and critical thinking.  This year we are continuing with the 7 Habits by Stephen Covey for all students and staff.  We feel these habits have proven to be effective in all stages of life and we believe your child will benefit significantly.

At SFA, we strongly believe in the adage “it takes a whole village to raise a child”.  We know that supportive staff and involved families build successful students. We have many exciting and fun events planned throughout the year and we hope to see you there.  Stay connected with upcoming events by viewing our website, checking PowerSchool, perusing our Facebook page, and joining our school Remind App.

Again, welcome to the home of the Falcons. I look forward to meeting with you, and together, building a positive relationship that will ultimately will help us soar!

Here’s to an empowering and inspiring school year!
